Offers an International Training Opportunity for First Line Managers & Supervisors in the Field of Logistics & Transport Through:

CILT International Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma Programmes in Logistics & Transport Programme

The programme has the following learning key outcomes:

Manage the Logistics and Transport Environment, Manage Resources of Logistics and Transport function, Promote Customer Care and Service Quality, Operate Warehouse and stores, Perform Freight Operations, Manage Transport Fleet for both freight and Passengers

Diploma Programme

The programme has the following learning key outcomes:

Plan, Control and contribute in decision making in key operational areas in Logistics and Transport. Manage and control Finance and human resources. Identify, analyses and valuate financial information for management purposes, Design logistics and transport related programs Contribute to providing efficient and effective stock management and control Evaluate and report on ICT applications in relation to an organization’s activities Use appropriate methods to monitor and control staff performance against performance standards, Evaluate and report on ICT applications in relation to inventory management

Advanced Diploma Programme

The programme has the following key learning outcomes

Establish the processes to undertake in setting up logistics and transportation organization, determine the relationship between Culture, strategy and performance bad able to evaluate the importance of culture as an influence on organizational performance, Determine the performance standards of business ethics in different countries Analyze and integrate the key factors affecting Society, sustainability choice and formulate long term logistics and transport strategy accordingly, Differentiate market competition models and their impact on market behaviors and efficiency, Plan efficient and effective logistics and transportation policy and strategy to tackle problems, Prepare developmental plans satisfying local requirements, governmental transport policies and existing legislations, Determine pricing strategies for supply chain function. Evaluate the nature of quantitative and qualitative data, Handle and implement project life cycle, Use PERT and CPM to determine work based project implementation. The qualifications acquired by successful students meet the knowledge and skill standards for membership of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (MCILT). This is a badge of International recognition.

Entry requirements

Holders of CSEE with at least three credit passes; pass in Mathematics & English is a must And Managers and supervisors with at least one (1) year experience in the field.
