Form VI with two (2) Principal passes in any subjects; including Four (4) passes in Form IV excluding religious subjects, OR Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6 or Non-NTA) in Road and Railway Transport Logistics Management/Operation/ Shipping and Port Logistics Operations/ Freight Clearing and Forwarding/ Logistics and Transport Management/ Business Administration/ Procurement and Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Law/International Trade and other related programmes with a GPA of not less than 3.0 points, OR Diploma in Education with an average of at least a B grade including four passes in CSEE excluding religious subjects; OR Full Technician Certificate (FTC) with an average of a C grade.
